Manufactured from spun polypropylene, the UnderGuard™ for VH202 is incredibly resistant to tearing, and completely compatible with gas-plasma sterilization. Use under the tray to protect outer wrap from sharp corners and imperfections of sterilization trays. The unique purple color helps to distinguish this protective layer from sterilization wrap. Available in 3 sizes to fit the most common sizes of trays.

Special linear tear material is exceptionally strong, but once scored, easy to tear. With no perforations, the chance for unintended tearing is eliminated.

Produced from pure cellulose wood pulp, manufactured with low chloride and sulfate content and free from optical dyes, these die-cut tray corners can be safely used to protect the corner of wrapped trays from the sharp edges of trays. In just a couple of steps, tray corners are assembled and ready to use.

Designed to test the integrity of seals on either paper/poly or Tyvek® /poly packaging material, the Pouch Seal Integrity Test checks for an intact seal, punctures, tears and open seals of heat seal and self-seal pouches. The Pouch Seal Integrity Test is packed in an aluminum package to protect the ink against light influences, and does not use any pipettes or other objects, so it will not damage the seal. The test allows the user to verify the effective sealing of pouches by checking for leakage or migration of blue (paper/poly) or red (Tyvek®) Methylene.
