This method of sealing can be use to seal all types of thermoplastic films safely and without melting.

The perfect solution to those problematic corner tears, these reusable silicone corner protectors may be manually cleaned or processed through an automated instrument washers. The corners are compatible with steam, EO and gas plasma sterilization. Available in two styles and three colors: purple, pink and yellow.

Designed to test the integrity of seals on either paper/poly or Tyvek® /poly packaging material, the Pouch Seal Integrity Test checks for an intact seal, punctures, tears and open seals of heat seal and self-seal pouches. The Pouch Seal Integrity Test is packed in an aluminum package to protect the ink against light influences, and does not use any pipettes or other objects, so it will not damage the seal. The test allows the user to verify the effective sealing of pouches by checking for leakage or migration of blue (paper/poly) or red (Tyvek®) Methylene.
