The Getinge Assured Mini Bowie-Dick Test Pack is a single-use device designed to detect the presence of residual air in pre-vacuum steam sterilizers operating at 132°C and 134°C for 3.5 minutes. The indicator card within the Mini Bowie-Dick Test Pack will demonstrate a uniform color change from purple to green when proper sterilization conditions are met and no air is present.

This innovative protective barrier combines the tough, tear resistant quality of spun polypropylene with a super absorbent layer of white medical grade paper surface. The Dual UnderGuard™ liner provides the optimum protection from dust, moisture and handling, while simultaneously providing an absorbent inner layer for the dispersion of condensate during the autoclaving process.

Heat-sealed upper corners prevent dust from collecting at the opening seal, reducing the risk of contamination when opened. The indicator imprints for steam and EtO are subjected to the same sterilization conditions as the packaged product.

Designed as a seal for closed sterilization containers, the green container lock is offered with or without a sterilization indicator dot and can be positioned on the front side of containers. The lock easily seals and breaks by hand. Simply place arrow through slot of item to be sealed, gently push arrow into locking barrel until it engages locking teeth and push on padlock seal to ensure it has been properly locked. To remove, hook forefinger under locking barrel and pull laterally away from the slot.
