Description
Designed to be used in conjunction with trays, the Loaner & Vendor Tray Labels are 3L x 5W Inches and single use. The green colored Loaner Tray Label allows staff to document who the tray was loaned from, to and by, as well as the date loaned. The blue colored Vendor Tray Label allows staff to document the vendor company name, tray name and date of surgery. Manufactured as two separate kits, both the Loaner & Vendor Tray Labels consist of the following: 500 tray label tags, 500 autoclavable zip ties, and 1 marker. The tags and zip ties are single use and can be autoclaved in cycles 132°C for 4 minutes or 135°F for 3 minutes.
