Designed to help sterile processing departments (SPDs) track and trend quality defects with instrument trays, the white 8.5L x 2.5W Inch self-looping Quality Audit Tray Label allows the end-user of instruments to report an observed tray defect by making a tic mark in the corresponding check box, which is then returned to SPD leadership for tracking and quality improvement purposes. The front portion of the single-use polyethylene label allows staff to document critical information including the doctor’s initials and name, as well as the operating room number and identified problem.
